The Directory

Suppliers keep asking us the same questions: "Who should I use for deduction recovery?" "Which broker actually picks up the phone?" "Who can read my Retail Link data without gaslighting me?" So we built a place to answer them. A curated network of NWA retail partners — each one vouched for by DBB.

About Priya

Priya runs Reclaim Partners, a boutique deduction-recovery practice built exclusively for Walmart and Sam's Club suppliers. Before going independent in 2021, she spent six years inside Walmart's Accounts Payable organization — the team on the other side of the claim, which is a rare vantage point out here.

She's the person to call when you suspect you've written off deductions you shouldn't have, when OTIF fines are stacking up and no one internally has time to dispute them, or when a prior partner told you "it's not worth the fight." She picks those fights — and wins most of them.

Recent work

Shortage-claim backlog cleanup — specialty foods supplier · February 2026

Reviewed 18 months of shortage claims that had been closed-out internally. Re-filed 34 of them with corrected BOL and proof-of-delivery documentation. Recovered $84K in 6 weeks on a success-fee basis.

OTIF dispute package — health & beauty brand · December 2025

Flagged 12 OTIF fines where the supplier had been incorrectly charged due to DC-side receiving errors. Built the dispute documentation pack and walked it through the merchant team. Saved $62K in fines; got scorecard adjusted.

Post-audit review — pet wellness brand · October 2025

24-month look-back across all deduction codes. Identified $210K in recoverable items the prior CFO had written off. Final recovery: $127K. Turnaround: 90 days.

"Priya found $127K we'd written off as lost. Walmart had already told us no three times. She knew exactly which claim code to re-file under and had the documentation ready. This pays for itself — many times over."
